Based on Andrea's Flexibility & Strength Training method (science based).

Flexibility is the foundation of all motor skills and movement—it's essential to everything.

In this training, Andrea will share her practical experience and knowledge of flexibility, covering both practical and educational insights. She designed this training so that, upon completion, you'll understand flexibility principles and be able to apply them in your own practice and teaching.


Who is the training for:

Yoga teachers, practitioners, coaches, personal trainers, anyone interested in learning about their

body and expanding their knowledge (no prior flexibility experience is needed).

Saturday

● 11:30 - 12:30 - FLEXIBILITY & STRETCHING TRAINING - lower body focus

● 12:30 - 14 - KEY CONCEPTS OF FLEXIBILITY

● 14 - 14:45 lunch break / rest

● 14:45 - 15:45 - 4 TYPES OF FLEXIBILITY

● 15:45 - 17 - ANATOMY FOR FLEXIBILITY TRAINING

● 17 - 17:15 break

● 17:15 - 18:30 - SPINAL MOVEMENTS (theory and practice)

● 18:30 - 19 FLASHCARDS - active study method


Sunday

● 11 - 12 FLEXIBILITY & STRETCHING TRAINING - upper body focus

● 12 - 13:30 PHYSIOLOGY OF STRETCHING

● 13:30 - 14:15 lunch break / rest

● 14:15 - 15:30 POSTURE CLINIC

● 15:30 - 16:45 DRILLS + TECHNIQUE (the role of props)

● 16:45 - 17 break

● 17- 18 Creative workshop: design your warm
