Please ensure you book and pay for your class online. SHA-LA Studios operates cashless for your convenience. Most of our classes are available on ClassPass, Urban Sports Club, WellHub & WellPass. Please see schedule.

Doors open 15 minutes before class starts. We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as late entries are not permitted to respect the flow of the class.

Yes! At SHA-LA, we provide all the necessary yoga equipment, including mats and props, to enhance your practice. Please remember to clean your mat thoroughly after use.

Yes, all classes at SHA-LA are taught in English.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to fully immerse yourself in your practice. If you do arrive late, please note that late entries are not permitted once the class has started to ensure respect for all participants.

The cancellation deadline for all studio classes is 12 hours before the start time. Cancellations can be made through your customer account on your account. If you cancel in time, one credit (access to a class) will be returned to your account. Please note that payouts and refunds are not possible, and we cannot accommodate email requests for last-minute cancellations.
