I am a very curious person who likes to learn different activities.
My personal quest to connect with my body and strengthen it led me to try out and practice different disciplines such us yoga, fitness and pilates.
Pilates came into my life more than 6 years ago, it helped me to heal, strengthen and rediscover my body.
At the beginning it was a personal practice but I liked the results so much that I decided to become a teacher.
My classes are based on learning to breathe with the pilates technique, to work the deepest muscles, to harmoniously tone our whole body in order to regain a healthy and strengthened posture. As well as energizing the whole body, maintaining concentration and achieving flexibility.
