Teacher
Since her early years, Carla has always loved being upside down. She practiced different sports, from volleyball to acrobatics, seeking movement and strength at its core, until she found Yoga through Ashtanga Vinyasa practice.
Years later she decided to become a Yoga teacher. Ever since then, she has been teaching Vinyasa, Core and Power Yoga.
For Carla, Yoga is introspection, it helps one connect with one's body in an emotional, physical and spiritual way, while staying humble, serene and balanced.
In her classes, she likes to combine dynamic sequences with strong Asanas, leading to moments of stillness to reflect and feel present. What she enjoys the most as a teacher is being able to contribute to each Yogi’s personal journey, seeing their joy, and inner peace.

- 30 hr Arm Balance & Inversions CE
