Meet Matthäa – Head of Communications & Academy Lead

In addition to being a dedicated yoga teacher at SHA-LA Studios, Matthäa is the driving force behind our communications and teacher training programs. As our Communication Manager, she ensures that our message reaches the right people with clarity and heart.

She also leads The Academy, overseeing all our teacher trainings with passion and precision. Whether it's guiding future teachers or shaping the voice of SHA-LA, Matthäa brings expertise, warmth, and deep yogic wisdom to everything she does.
