SHA-LA Studios is delighted to invite you to the Yin Yang Retreat with Matthäa & Sha, taking place at Naturhaus Schorfheide from May 8-11, 2025. This retreat offers a deep dive into Yin and Power Vinyasa practices, alongside Sound Baths and other transformative experiences such as an Evening Fire Ceremony, Sauna sessions, and a Silent Meditation walk.

The meals will be lovingly prepared by Matthäa & Sha, featuring a selection of delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes.

Pricing:

We offer two package options (both including an additional Yin and Power Vinyasa class):

  • 4 days (Thursday, May 8 - Sunday, May 11): €660

  • 3 days (Friday, May 9 - Sunday, May 11): €550
